Fort Lauderdale, FL — May 13, 2019 — Vortex Aviation, a global provider of engine maintenance services, has expanded its operations with a new location in Dublin, Ireland. This facility will offer hospital shop visit engine maintenance to support Vortex’s worldwide customer base.
The new shop will initially focus on CFM56-5B and CFM56-7B engines. More engine types will be added soon.

Dublin was chosen for its strong position in the aviation industry. It offers easy access to key players like aircraft lessors, owners, and operators. The new facility will help reduce heavy maintenance costs and complements existing shops in Fort Lauderdale, Shannon, and Singapore.
Vortex Aviation has been part of Kellstrom Aerospace Group since 2017. Their services have helped expand Kellstrom’s global footprint. This move into Dublin is the first step in their larger expansion plan.
